Remove tokens, private Discord webhooks, server passwords, and sensitive IDs before pasting logs.

Include whether the issue happened before payment sync, after login, during upload, during export, or while downloading.

Before You Submit

Fast fixes need clean details

Should I report a visual issue?

Yes. Layout problems, mobile overlap, unreadable text, broken buttons, or confusing labels are worth reporting.

Can I report bad tool output?

Yes. Include the input type and describe the wrong output. Do not paste private server secrets or webhooks.

What if the tool fails only with my file?

Say which file type you used and what the tool did. Staff may ask for a stripped sample in Discord.

How fast will it be fixed?

Critical breakages and premium tool blockers get reviewed first. Smaller layout or wording issues are grouped into style passes.
