2. Purpose Limitation
Submitted content is processed only to deliver requested functionality such as conversion, validation, sorting, generation, comparison, analysis, or display output relevant to DayZ tooling workflows.
3. Data Categories
- Technical files and text provided by users, including JSON, XML, and server logs.
- Session-level processing information required to deliver output.
- No intentional collection of sensitive personal profile data for core tool usage.
4. Retention and Deletion
Data handling is designed to be transient. Content is not retained longer than necessary for the active task, service reliability, legal requirements, or abuse prevention.
5. Security Measures
- Reasonable technical safeguards to preserve confidentiality and integrity.
- Restricted operational access controls.
- Review and update of controls as tooling and infrastructure evolve.
6. Data Subject Rights
Where applicable under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and objection in relation to personal data processing.
7. Incident Handling
If a material data protection incident is identified, response actions will be taken promptly, including assessment, mitigation, and applicable notification obligations.
